Redd Foxx, Moms Mabley and Richard Pryor to be Honored on The Apollo Theater's Walk Of Fame

The legendary Apollo Theater will induct comedic icons Redd Foxx, Moms Mabley and Richard Pryor into it's walk of fame on October 1, 2015.

What could be described as the answer to Hollywood's concrete celebration of silver screen and singing stars, the Apollo's walk of fame stretches along West 125th Street in Harlem NYC. Seven superstars debuted on the walk of fame's unveiling in 2010 including Ella Fitzgerald, Quincy Jones,Gladys Knight and the Pips and Little Richard.

Following the induction, the Apollo Theater will launch it's all new comedy series. The New York Times reports that the Apollo Comedy Club is scheduled to have monthly performances on Thursday nights at 10 p.m.
